Join CSO as we perform live at the Paramount Theater for the first time ever! Our main orchestra, as well as our chamber groups, will perform in person at the theater on the Downtown Mall (215 E Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22902). Tickets are free for current UVA students, $15 for the public, and can be reserved at the Paramount’s website using this link (here). Masks are required for all audience members.

Join us for our Fall 2019 concert in the historic Old Cabell Hall as we embark on a musical journey through time and space!

Join us for our annual Chamber Concert featuring three excellent CSO Chamber Groups: the Rock Strings Quartet “No Strings Attached,” the Jazz Ensemble “The Bumpin Somethins,” and the Classical String Quartet “All Strings Considered!”

Prepare to be spellbound during CSO’s Spring 2019 concert with selections from the mystical Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Lord of the Rings soundtracks, as well as Swan Lake, the Magical Flute Overture, the Barber of Seville Overture, and the English Folk Song Suite.

Our Winds, Strings, and Jazz Chambers will put on a fabulous performance, with guest appearances from the critically acclaimed BONE ZONE, everyone’s favorite Trombone Ensemble.
